Sika Vietnam is seeking a dedicated LEGAL & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's legal interests and ensuring its adherence to regulatory requirements. This position will involve providing legal advice, managing legal risks, and overseeing compliance initiatives and reports to Legal & Compliance Manager. Job Description Provide legal consultancy on a wide range of legal matters in enterprises operation, including licenses, commercial contracts, environment and production safety, employment disputes, and regulatory compliance. Advise on corporate governance issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies. Provide legal support for litigation and dispute resolution processes. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure corrective actions are taken. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in law: A fundamental requirement for the role. Lawyer Practicing Certificate: Preferred but not mandatory. Experience: At least 5 years of legal practice with a strong background in intellectual property (IP), compliance, and auditing being advantageous. Business Acumen: Familiarity with both internal and external business practices and operations. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and attention to detail, with a capacity to work independently. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
