Requirements: · 1+ year of experience at a legal consultant/associate position · Good knowledge of Labor and Corporate law · Fluent spoken and written English and Ukrainian · University (institute) degree in Law from a renowned Ukrainian university · Studies (e.g., LLM) in a recognized foreign university/college is a plus, not a must · Goal-oriented, ambitious and ready to work hard, including overtime · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stress resistant · Team player · Demonstrating drive and resilience · Ability to learn quickly · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously · Good analytical and organizational skills · Friendly, confident, attentive to details Responsibilities: · Prepare legal advice, memoranda, draft contracts, engage in DD legal assignments, etc. · Under counsel's / senior consultant’s supervision draft proposals and responses to clients' requests · Participate in client meetings and conference calls · Cooperate with junior staff, share experience and feedback · Report to a counsel on the progress with client engagements · Handle multiple tasks simultaneously KPMG is a global organization of independent professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. Responsibilities

The Legal Consultant will prepare legal advice, draft contracts, and engage in due diligence legal assignments. They will also participate in client meetings and cooperate with junior staff while reporting to a counsel on client engagement progress.
