ABOUT THE JOB

Position Overview: Dr. Yousif Alsharif Advocates and Legal Consultants L. L. C., a reputable legal firm based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel, representation, and strategic guidance to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Legal Consultation: Provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory issues.
  • Case Management: Handle a portfolio of cases, representing clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal proceedings. Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research to support cases, staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents. Analyze legal documents and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Negotiation and Mediation: Engage in negotiations, settlements, and mediations to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively while safeguarding clients’ interests.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and advising on legal strategies. Build strong professional relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Documentation: Draft legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws.
  • Compliance: Ensure clients’ activities and legal proceedings align with local and international laws and regulations. Offer proactive advice on compliance matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, legal assistants, and other professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Should be knowledgeable in Arbitration courts, ADGM, DIFC.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in legal practice, preferably with a focus on litigation, commercial law, or relevant areas.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and research proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
