Contracts Analyst / Commercial Contracts Specialist Experience Level Expert Level Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Specialist.. This role will focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of procurement and commercial contracts across multiple service categories. The ideal candidate brings strong contract redlining and negotiation experience and is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Support the sourcing and procurement function by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts of medium complexity Assess and manage contractual risk related to information security, intellectual property, financial exposure, and enterprise impact Ensure contracts are negotiated, executed, and finalized in a timely and accurate manner Interpret and clearly communicate contract terms, obligations, and risk exposures to sourcing professionals and business leaders Educate internal stakeholders on commercial, legal, policy, and compliance considerations throughout negotiations Follow documented contracting and quality control processes, including engaging legal counsel and key stakeholders as required Maintain close working relationships with this commercial legal team Accurately enter and maintain contract data in applicable contract management systems Support service requirements across multiple business groups Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned Required Experience & Skills Must Have Strong contract review, redlining, and negotiation experience Experience negotiating a broad range of contract types, including: Master Services Agreements (MSAs) Statements of Work (SOWs) Amendments Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) End User License Agreements (EULAs) Hosted / SaaS agreements Exposure to a variety of service categories, such as: Human Resources Professional Services Telecommunications Information Technology Market Data Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced commercial contracting environment Flexibility may be considered based on overall experience and skill set Strong technical understanding of contractual terms and commercial risk Ability to lead contract negotiations independently Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and work effectively within a team Preferred Paralegal Certificate or J.D. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
