Validate and qualify incoming legal service leads to ensure they meet internal criteria before assigning them to Client Relationship Managers or Legal Consultants.
Conduct outbound verification and follow-up calls to confirm lead details, assess legal service needs, and gauge interest level.
Collaborate closely with legal sales teams to optimize lead flow, conversion strategies, and client engagement.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide basic information about legal services offered, and redirect qualified leads appropriately.
Ensure all leads are contacted within the required timeframe to maximize conversion potential.
Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion status, and call performance to the Sales Manager.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback on lead sources and client behavior trends.
