Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Corporate Administrator to join our team in Cyprus or Malta. This role sits at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and corporate operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment but enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth corporate operations, supporting entity management, compliance processes, and legal documentation, while working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage standard contracts (NDAs, service agreements, etc.) Maintain and organise legal and contract documentation Support the setup of new entities across multiple jurisdictions Liaise with external partners such as legal advisors, notaries, and consultants Handle filings with local authorities and track compliance deadlines Maintain corporate records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Support the opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts, including coordination with banks and preparation of required documentation Provide administrative support to Legal and Finance teams Assist with documentation related to invoices, agreements, and payments Support audits and general administrative processes Assist with preparation of basic corporate documents and internal records Coordinate meetings and support general corporate administration tasks What We Are Looking For 1–3+ years of experience in a legal, corporate administration, or similar role Basic understanding of contracts and corporate processes Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership Strong communication skills Fluent in English About Six Values Our vision is to elevate the mood of people everywhere, making every interaction more engaging, rewarding, and memorable.
