Our Regional Legal team is seeking a Legal Counsel based in Seoul. What you will be doing? Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of English and Korean contracts, including employment agreements Perform detailed legal analysis and provide sound legal advice to various departments in English and Korean Handle legal disputes and litigation effectively, including negotiating settlements and representing the company Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws, and adherence to Group and Regional Policies Develop and implement compliance programs and conduct regular compliance audits Provide legal support for strategic initiatives, ensuring legal risks are identified and mitigated Monitor and renew business licenses and handle insurance matters, including policy renewals and claims Perform other related duties as required, supporting the broader objectives of the legal and compliance department Who we are looking for?
