Responsibilities
  • Advise internal stakeholders on IP, unfair competition and eCommerce law.
  • Protect Zalando’s trademark portfolio by addressing unauthorized third-party use.
  • Handle IP-related cease and desist letters directed at Zalando.
  • Support teams in the brand creation process, ensuring legal protection from the start.
  • Provide IP law guidance in the design creation and buying process for our private labels.
  • Manage opposition, court, and regulatory proceedings across multiple markets, working closely with external legal partners.
  • Coordinate and oversee external lawyers and service providers to ensure effective case management.
