As our Legal Counsel, you’ll be the go-to expert for our Australian operations. You won’t be stuck in a back room; you’ll be at the table with our sales, delivery, and leadership teams. Your work will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including complex SaaS contracts, software licensing, and vendor partnerships. You’ll ensure our contracts are not just legally sound, but commercially sharp.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to all parts of the business. You’ll translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice that helps your colleagues make informed decisions.
• Managing Risk Proactively: Identifying and mitigating potential legal and regulatory risks. You’ll work closely with our commercial teams to find solutions, not just problems.
• Supporting Strategic Growth: Assisting with due diligence and other legal aspects of commercial transactions as our business continues to grow in the region.
• Helping to refine our legal processes, policies, and templates to build a best-in-class legal function that is agile and fit for purpose.
