What We’re Looking For • 3-5 years of legal experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (South Korea) or a related field. • Certified South Korea Bar License • Fluent in Korean and English—both written and spoken. • Qualified attorney with a solid understanding of South Korean legal systems. Preferred Experience: • Background in labor law or employment legal matters. • Experience in litigation and dispute resolution. • Familiarity with data protection and compliance frameworks. • Previous work with HR or as an employment legal advisor. • Confident in handling employee terminations.
