Description

Providing advice and support at all stages during the review, negotiation, and management of contracts from initiation to closure; Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time A member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. At least three (3) years of relevant work experience, in commercial contracts management (international exposure an advantage), ideally in both a reputable law firm and as an in-house lawyer. Contract and performance/risk management experience in all general aspects of environmental consulting or civil engineering; experience in Mobility, Places, Resilience, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and related engineering disciplines an advantage, construction industry experience also valued. Knowledge of US and Canadian laws an advantage, but not required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to support collaboration and operate effectively in a team environment. Have a capacity to transcend geographic, interpersonal, or technical boundaries, by showing up as a professional who is credible, authentic, and inclusive. Must be able to work independently and thrive when faced with complex and multifaceted challenges that require multidisciplinary collaboration, robust relationships, and personal tenacity to resolve. Must be able to manage time and deadlines without extensive supervision, with ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment, and manage high-volume of work with focus on productivity while exercising sound judgment and commercial acumen. Client-focused, entrepreneurial, proactive, pragmatic and highly adept at problem-solving. Motivated to learn things he/she is not familiar with, and adaptable to take that learning experience into good use. Has an eye for both company interests and legal principles, combined with high standard of integrity. Has global and international mindset, experience under different jurisdictions an advantage; and Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
