THE OPPORTUNITY

At Atos in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the Nordics (BNN), we are seeking a highly qualified Corporate Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to support the corporate legal and governance function of a leading technology services company. This is a regional role with international scope, covering the entire BeNeLux and Nordics region, offering significant cross-border exposure and experience.
As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in both day-to-day corporate compliance and strategic legal matters, working as an integral part of the BNN legal team. You will report directly to the Regional General Counsel.
We are looking for a qualified legal professional with demonstrable experience gained in a law firm or a top-tier commercial organisation—ideally, though not necessarily, within the IT or technology services sector. Your background should include corporate law matters such as corporate secretariat, managing filings and resolutions, delegation of authority, powers of attorney, and the approval of annual accounts. Experience with commercial and procurement contracts (outsourcing, consulting, licensing, hosting, and other services), as well as compliance and GDPR, will be considered a strong asset.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent academic credentials and legal qualifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Sound judgement and analytical thinking.
  • High professional ethics and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how legal issues impact business operations.
  • Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A team player with enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to a high-performing legal team.
