We will begin recruiting for an experienced Legal Counsel for one of our international clients based in Stockholm.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in English (company language).
Fluency in oral and written (legal) Swedish.
Expertise in Swedish law, particularly in reviewing Swedish contracts.

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and approving commercial contracts (sales, procurement, partnership).
Focusing on contracts related to the core business.
