Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Our Legal team have an exciting and unique opportunity for a qualified and commercially focused Legal Counsel where you will provide practical and commercial legal advice across the CEVA Logistics UKI business, with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Legal Director, you will take responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general commercial contracts across the UKIN region with a focus on customer agreements, variations, and novation agreements, confidentially agreements, letters of intent and indemnities. You will undertake the negotiation and creation of contracts for the supply of goods and services and prepare practice documentation and training materials, delivering training across the UKI region.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team, challenging the norm and influencing decisions; therefore, confidence and resilience will be a key attribute. You will also support the local and wider business legal teams with general day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.
