With our new strategy providing the roadmap for what we’re working to achieve and how we’ll get there, opportunities are emerging as we seek to expand our capability and talent in new and different spaces.   Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity We have a rare opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. Offering broad exposure across regulatory, commercial and competition matters, this role provides an excellent platform to develop a rounded internal legal career.     You’ll enjoy the meaningful mahi we support, and the learning opportunities will continue to build your curiosity and capability. You’ll work closely with teams across Chorus, developing a strong understanding of the regulatory regime, our network and the Chorus strategy. You’ll support strategic initiatives and help shape outcomes that make a real difference for Aotearoa.     Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience With an LLB and eligibility to practice law in New Zealand, you’ll bring early experience from a commercial legal environment, whether in private practice or within a regulatory or government agency.     Experience in regulatory or competition law is a bonus, as is any in-house exposure, and we’re equally interested in those with solid commercial foundations and a desire to learn and grow.     Your curiosity and thoughtful approach will help you succeed, and you communicate clearly and comfortably with a range of audiences.
