We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel (Construction & Real Estate, in-house) to join our team who is willing to learn and grow in a quickly expanding company. The Ideal candidate will have a solid background working in construction and real estate legal counsel experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in construction and real estate legal matters
• Successful completion of Bar Exam is strongly preferred; open to candidates who will eventually take the Bar Exam
• Superior organization & priority setting skills, strong work ethic, and ability to multi-task
• A pragmatic and clear communication style with strong drafting skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building relationships
• Strong knowledge of legal and court documents and procedures
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and word processing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent legal drafting skills and eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal & customer service skills; professional and positive demeanour
• Conceptual and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Oral and Written Knowledge of Mandarin required
