We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting to the VP Legal, who will play a key role in leading the company’s global Corporate & Compliance activities. This position involves managing and driving the company’s corporate governance framework, employment and HR matters, equity plans and related activities, and enterprise-wide compliance programs, while ensuring full regulatory and ethical compliance across all relevant jurisdictions. Responsibilities Oversee subsidiary governance across jurisdictions to ensure compliant filings and accurate corporate records Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements to mitigate legal risk Support strategic initiatives, including reorganizations, financings, and M&A transactions Advise on employment matters across the employee lifecycle and partner with HR to ensure compliant global practices Manage employee equity programs, including grants, reporting, and cross-border tax and regulatory compliance Develop and implement global compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, and monitor regulatory developments to mitigate legal risk Maintain robust documentation for internal governance and due diligence Deliver legal training and guidance materials Drive the adoption of AI tools within the Legal team to enhance efficiency and scalability Requirements 3-6 years of extensive experience working in a corporate or high-tech department of a leading law firm and/or as an in-house counsel (with proven experience in International Corporate & Compliance matters) LLB degree from a leading institution and a license to practice law in Israel English and Hebrew at native level or equivalent (a MUST) Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to work and collaborate with colleagues and counterparties in multiple locations Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving legal landscapes, jurisdictions, and business needs Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment Ability to balance legal judgment with business objectives A driven and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently Proven and extensive experience in all aspects of international corporate law (mainly US and Israel) and compliance work (including export control) - an advantage In-depth experience with AI tools for Legal usage and in general - an advantage #LI-DNI
