Key Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented legal professional with solid experience supporting corporate and commercial activities in renewable energy projects and cross-border operations across Europe. The role will focus on providing day-to-day legal support to the business, navigating complex commercial arrangements, corporate structures, permits and regulatory frameworks. Provide ongoing corporate legal support, including management of corporate entities, governance documentation and internal processes across different jurisdictions. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including offtake agreements, financing-related documentation, EPC/O&M and service agreements, NDAs, framework agreements and other operational contracts. Work closely with Finance and external advisors on lending structures, security packages, conditions precedent and related documentation. Understand, assess and support commercial offers and negotiations, identifying legal risks and proposing business-oriented solutions. Coordinate and manage permits, licenses, administrative authorizations and regulatory compliance processes, liaising with external counsel, authorities and public bodies as required. Provide legal support on environmental, energy and sustainability regulations, including EU and local compliance requirements applicable to industrial and renewable energy projects. Support applications and compliance processes related to EU grants, public funding programs, national and European subsidies and incentives, including ongoing reporting obligations. Monitor legal and regulatory developments in relevant European jurisdictions and assess their impact on the business. Work closely with internal stakeholders including Finance, Project Development, Engineering, ESG and Operations teams. Your talent and knowledge Law degree. 4–8 years of experience in legal roles within renewable energy, infrastructure or industrial projects, international corporate environments or law firms with strong exposure to corporate and commercial work. Solid experience in commercial contracts, corporate support, regulatory and administrative procedures; exposure to debt financing and project finance is highly valued. M&A and legal due diligence experience is a plus. Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks applicable to energy and infrastructure projects. Fluent English and Spanish are essential; Italian skills are a strong plus. Strong contract negotiation and risk assessment skills. Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, evolving environments. Solution-oriented, pragmatic mindset with strong business acumen.
