Job Description Key Responsibilities (High Level) The Legal Counsel will provide end‑to‑end legal, contractual, and strategic advisory support to the Europe Generics (EUG) business. Act as primary legal partner to Internal teams. Support commercialization, product launches, and new business models Enable licensing, distribution, and collaboration transactions with structured, risk‑balanced contracting. Drive efficiency through clause standardisation, CLM adoption, and digital legal initiatives. Ensure SLA‑driven, high‑quality legal support and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
