" Job Description Key Responsibilities (High Level) The Legal Counsel will provide end‑to‑end legal, contractual, and strategic advisory support to the Europe Generics (EUG) business. Act as primary legal partner to Internal teams. Support commercialization, product launches, and new business models Enable licensing, distribution, and collaboration transactions with structured, risk‑balanced contracting. Drive efficiency through clause standardisation, CLM adoption, and digital legal initiatives. Ensure SLA‑driven, high‑quality legal support and strong stakeholder satisfaction. Experience supporting pharmaceutical, generics, OTC, healthcare, consumer health, or life sciences businesses. Sound understanding of European legal and regulatory environments. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high‑volume transactions under tight timelines. Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. Proficiency in legal tech tools (CLM systems, digital contract workflows). Business‑oriented mindset with strong risk assessment and problem‑solving abilities. Qualifications Law degree from a recognised university; LL.M preferred. PQE (3-4 years) in in‑house legal roles or top‑tier law firms.
