As a Legal Counsel (f/m/d), you will support management and specialist departments in all legal matters, such as contract reviews, employment and corporate law matters, the development of standard documentation, and the legal design of new and innovative business models. You will work closely with operational decision-makers in the national and international corporate units and be involved in a wide variety of business issues. In matters where legal support is required, you will act as the interface between the company and these legal advisors.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed law studies with relevant legal experience (legal department or law firm)
  • Business acumen and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent written and spoken English, including technical terminology; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Open demeanor, authenticity, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
Responsibilities

Responsibility for the creation, revision, and updating of standard legal documents and contracts for various business units
Support in contract reviews and negotiations for various national and international business units
Legal assessment of issues in collaboration with specialist departments in the areas of labor law, corporate law, or administrative law and participation in projects in an international context
Coordination with involved lawyers on special issues, in litigation, or in international projects.
