We are looking for a strategic and experienced Legal Counsel for People Processes to lead and oversee legal matters related to our people strategy, employment law and organizational development at Emendo Consulting Group A/S.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Legal Counsel for People Process, you will play a key role in handling a wide range of people-related matters and administrative tasks. You will ensure compliance with current legislation, maintain accurate people data, and contribute to developing effective people processes and creating structure.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Oversee and develop our contracts and contracts management, including people templates’ adherence to legal requirements
• Legal responsibility for recruitment processes and onboarding workflows to ensure compliance with employment law and internal governance
• Manage legal aspect of contract workflows related to changes in employment terms, such as salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus agreements
• Provide legal guidance on matters related to expatiations, pensions, work permits, and insurances
• Lead compliance efforts across critical areas, including data protection, AI, pay transparency, whistleblower scheme and working environment regulations
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of the contract management system
• Maintaining and administering data in our people and contract systems
• Administering leave and absence (e.g. sick leave, vacation, parental leave) in collaboration with payroll
