Description

Overall Responsibilities: Participate and support Ford’s transactions, deals, cooperation projects and other growth plan; Provide legal support to the business operations of Ford China and its affiliates; Work closely with various business functions, including Marketing, Sales & Services, Purchasing, Digital, etc.; Provide legal advice and analysis on product and digital marketing, marketing compliance review, purchasing procedures, agreements and disputes including template, deviation review, disputes with suppliers, etc.; Draft, interpret and assist to enforce corporate procedures and policies; Draft, review, and translate legal documents in both Chinese and English; Conduct legal research and analysis in connection with the assigned working responsibility; Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will participate in and support Ford's transactions and business operations in China. They will provide legal advice on various aspects including marketing compliance, purchasing procedures, and dispute resolution.
