The Team comprises 9 lawyers based primarily in the Lyon (France) region. *Missions* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements with a principle focus on customer facing contracts. Contributing to the revision and development of legal practices and templates specifically in relation to German-speaking countries. Assisting with post-merger integration activities. Participating in the continued assessment of the risks arising out of research and development (R&D) , distribution and other business activities. Providing legal support with respect to other legal activities on an “as needed” basis. *Skills* LL.M. or equivalent postgraduate degree in law.
