Job Description Responsible for all aspects of the contracting cycle relating to sales, procurement, and other commercial agreements. Negotiate and manage both standard form agreements and complex, customer-specific contracts, including direct negotiations with distributors, partners, and vendors. Collaborate with local business leaders and provide practical legal advice on risks and issues across the Company’s operations, including sales, purchasing, HR, product matters, corporate matters, and dispute resolution. Qualifications Qualified and licensed lawyer with at least 4 years of relevant legal experience. Strong familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for the sale of products and software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proven professional working experience. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Demonstrated strength in contract drafting, development, and negotiation. Prior experience advising technology companies is an advantage. Prior exposure to multiple Global jurisdictions.
