Responsibilities

Reporting directly to Group Legal Director, you must be able to work autonomously within a small legal team and support a broad range of legal and compliance matters across our various business divisions.
In addition to providing legal support, the Corporate Compliance Program will focus on mitigating those regulatory compliance risks determined by management and agreed by the Board. The position will oversee the Blackmores Group Corporate Compliance Global Program in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, review, evaluate and mitigate related regulatory compliance issues/concerns for consideration by management.
As Privacy Officer, the position will also manage and respond to the privacy program and respond to privacy complaints or concerns.
The position will also conduct and/or oversee all compliance investigations across the group, including any whistleblower complaints and policy breaches. The position supports the Board of Directors, management and all employees in their commitment to comply with applicable laws. It also oversees, and leads any necessary enhancements to, the framework for determining whether company policies and processes are being followed and behaviour in the organisation meets the company’s standards of conduct.
