Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the company’s legal team and business in Singapore, in particular in the areas of human resource management, cross-border procurement and online games-related compliance research
  • Provide advice and structuring transactions, assessing legal risks & minimise the risk of potential disputes
  • Monitor changes and developments in the legal and regulatory environment across the globe in relation to the development, publishing and distribution of games
  • Coverage of standard legal matters such as negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts and commercial agreements, researching local laws and regulations, and managing of external legal counsel where needed
  • Perform general corporate and legal housekeeping tasks
  • Support Legal Counsel (Global) to manage game-related compliance issues and other international projects
