We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing gaming company that is scaling rapidly and helping shape the future of interactive entertainment. Our client is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to support the business across a broad range of legal matters as the company continues its growth journey. Key Responsibilities Provide legal support across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies Support compliance with Maltese and EU regulations relevant to the gaming industry Work closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risk and support business objectives Assist with day-to-day legal queries and strategic initiatives Requirements Law degree from a Maltese University Previous experience in a legal role (gaming, tech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage) Strong understanding of Maltese and EU legal frameworks Excellent communication and drafting skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment What’s on Offer Competitive salary of €50,000–€55,000 Hybrid working model based in Gżira Opportunity to join a high-growth gaming company with real impact Exposure to a dynamic and evolving industry
