You will:
-
- work at a truly purpose driven and global leading retail organisation with an ambitious growth and sustainability strategy.
- have a global head office position in an international work environment.
- work closely with Ingka Group’s global legal, tax, finance and investment teams.
- be responsible for a wide variation of corporate matters, which vary from corporate governance, corporate restructuring, investments as well as corporate housekeeping.
- manage and draft a wide range of intra group agreements in close collaboration with various Ingka Group stakeholders.
- provide commercial, strategic and solution driven legal advice on various projects.
- network and create strong relationships with stakeholders within the Ingka Group as well as external counsels.
- secure legal compliance by keeping track of, share and manage knowledge about emerging trends, (legal) technologies, regulations and industry practice.
We’re looking for a qualified lawyer who:
-
- has experience in Corporate Law, including drafting agreements, gained through 4 to 7 years working experience in a reputable law firm (some in-house experience is also appreciated).
- is fluent in English (verbally and in writing) with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate at all organisational levels.
- is accurate and solution driven with sound judgment and understanding of strategic business needs.
- is down to earth, proactive, and has a ‘get the job done’ mentality.
- is a genuine team player, who can also work independently.
- is open to travel occasionally.
- mostly importantly, resonates with the IKEA values.
