Responsibilities
Advising on and preparing employment contracts, policies, and internal documentation
Supporting the full employment process: hiring, contract management, and terminations
Interpretation of relevant Dutch legislation, including the DBA Act and Wtta Act, and coordinating that it is been implemented properly
Handling complex labour law issues and disputes
Providing legal input for strategic HR projects and initiatives
Acting as the internal point of contact for all HR-related legal matter
