Knowledge and experience: Master's degree in law (or equivalent) with at least 3 years' experience in a law firm or financial-institution legal team Proven track record drafting and reviewing financial-services documentation, especially in the investment-funds space (depositaries, administrators, managers) Fluent English and French; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus Proactive, well-organized, stress-resistant, autonomous and solution-oriented team player Excellent communication skills: clear verbal drafting, strong written output and confident presentations Outstanding analytical, project-planning and attention-to-detail capabilities Technologically adept: MS Outlook (folders, categories, shared mailboxes), Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint; experience with GPTs/AI tools and other legal-tech solutions Skills: Excellent communication skills—clear verbal drafting, strong written output and confident presentations Outstanding organization, project-planning, analytical skills and attention to detail Resilient under pressure, able to manage stress and prioritize competing deadlines effectively Proficient in MS Outlook (categories, folders), PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Word; experience with GPTs (such as Copilot) and prompting; Outlook shared mailboxes, and other IT tools will be an asset.
