Job Title Legal Counsel M&A Job Description You are responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for internal clients, providing timely and expert legal advice in an M&A legal area. You draft and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal standards, while managing relationships with outside counsel under limited supervision. You will run specialized legal training to internal teams, enhancing knowledge and compliance. You monitor legal developments, advising the organization on evolving compliance rules and ensuring regulatory adherence. Your role: Acts as the first point of contact for internal customers regarding inquiries in a specialized legal area, providing timely and accurate legal advice and support. Drafts and negotiates contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with organizational goals and legal requirements, while effectively managing relationships with outside counsel, working under limited supervision. Provides expert legal advice and conduct training sessions on specific topics within the specialized legal area, enhancing the knowledge and compliance of internal stakeholders. Keeps track of the main developments and advises and trains the organization in legal and compliance rules. You're the right fit if: Master degree in Law (LLM), or comparable academic level. 6+ years of experience in a specialized legal area, preferably in commercial, M&A, IT. Experience in dealing with complicated matters and you are able to work independently with demanding clients and senior management. A team player who is determined to achieve high-quality, business oriented results. A strongly developed business sense and flexible way of working. A keen interest in healthcare, technology and new business developments. Excellent client management and communication skills is a must.
