MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of professional legal experience, focusing on agreement negotiations, technology law, and Intellectual Property;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders;
• Exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiation;
• Proficiency in legal research tools and collaboration platforms (e.g. Law Insider, Jira, etc.);
• Ability to thrive in remote or hybrid working environments;
• English level – Fluent.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including NDAs, and service-level agreements;
• Conduct in-depth legal research to ensure compliance with international laws, particularly in IP, corporate, and technology law;
• Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate and regulatory matters;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and executives, to align business needs with legal requirements;
• Develop and refine internal policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
