Miinto is looking for a motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal function.

  • Reference: Director of Business Finance & Strategy, Niklas Læssøe KochThis role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career lawyers (cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., or equivalent) who want to apply their legal knowledge to real-world cases while gaining broad exposure to contract law, compliance, IP, consumer law, and digital platform regulation.You will provide legal and analytical support across Miinto - from partner and customer termsand conditions, to IP disputes, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance – while also collaborating with Finance on analytical and operational matters. You will work closely with stakeholders across Miinto’s Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions and play an important role in ensuring that our marketplace runs with integrity and in compliance with European and international regulations.What You Will Do
  • Draft, review, and maintain terms and conditions for partners and customers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support contracting and procurement efforts, including Partner Agreements and contract lifecycle management.
  • Manage Miinto’s IP protection processes (e.g., counterfeit and parallel import cases, evidence collection, partner communication).
  • Advise on consumer and e-commerce law, including customer terms, return/refund rights, and escalated complaints.
  • Support marketing and commercial teams with compliance reviews (e.g., price reduction rules under the EU Omnibus Directive, influencer disclosures, sustainability/green claims).
  • Monitor and help implement local and EU regulatory requirements, including DigitalServices Act (DSA), P2B Regulation, GDPR, sanctions, and product safety frameworks.
  • Contribute to corporate governance, including corporate registrations, entity management, and drafting board materials.
  • Drive privacy/GDPR operations, including data subject rights requests, vendor agreements, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain and develop legal templates, policy libraries, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Contribute to legal operations, including contract management systems, compliance dashboards, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on selected analytical and operational support tasks.What We Are Looking For
  • A cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., or equivalent degree, with up to 2–3 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to apply legal concepts clearly and pragmatically in a commercial context.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with strong document management discipline and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to navigate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Danish is an advantage.
  • Experience with contract review, compliance, consumer law, or GDPR operations is a plus.What to Expect from Us
