DESCRIPTION As a member of the Platform Services (Media) team, you will draft and negotiate digital media and technology agreements and provide product advice consistent with Apple’s policies and aligned with evolving strategic goals. As a trusted negotiator, drafter, and counselor, you’ll translate business objectives into agreements and deliver concise, practical legal advice under tight deadlines. Successful candidates will embrace the challenge of solving complex issues and conflicting interests in creative and efficient ways and will navigate cross-functional collaboration with both legal and business colleagues. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar 4+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, including experience with complex commercial agreements Experience advising cross-functional stakeholders, with the flexibility to shift priorities based on evolving business needs Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen and attention to detail Effective time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and geographies PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in digital content, consumer-facing technology, or content licensing transactions Background in copyright, rights clearances, and other areas of intellectual property law Experience providing product counseling across business, marketing, product, and engineering teams on matters including product and feature launches and varying business objectives Demonstrated ability to analyze regulatory restrictions, issue-spot legal risks, and provide practical, business-forward guidance Experience handling artificial intelligence matters, including an understanding of the current and evolving regulatory landscape and the impacts on product features and commercial transactions Self-starter who is curious, embraces technology, and thrives in a dynamic environment
