Job Description We are looking for an experienced legal counsel to join our B2B legal team, focused on the growth of our business. This position is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience with various licensing deals and commercialization of intellectual property assets. Responsibilities: Drafting, negotiating, and securing various commercial agreements – with strong emphasis on software licensing and SaaS agreements, reselling, and other technology-related agreements. Working alongside other departments within the company and managing the contractual journey end to end. Dealing with complex and unique legal matters with multiple stakeholders on a wide range of matters. Maintaining excellent relationship with internal and external customers. Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant work experience (post internship), preferably in a hi-tech company or a commercial department of a reputable law firm. Business oriented deal maker. Self-driven and able to independently follow through tasks and projects to completion. High standard of work ethics, ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Team player who enjoys a dynamic, multicultural and multi-national environment. Ideally, you are: Comfortable with uncertainty. A self-learner. A good negotiator. Determined, yet patient.
