Job Description:
Legal Counsel - Privacy

Responsibilities

A qualified solicitor with in-depth and extensive specialist knowledge of data protection laws and issues.
Professional Privacy Certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/M) or equivalent (desirable).
Experience of working in a regulated Insurance environment (desirable)
Strong legal research skills.
International privacy experience
Experience of reviewing complex data processing agreements and successfully negotiating to appropriately balance Bupa’s risk and commercial interests.
