DESCRIPTION Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Analyze, draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts Provide primary support and management of customer and vendor contracts and transactions on behalf of and as part of the company and its Group legal teams. Analyze and review various contracts and other legal documents for compliance with internal policies and practices and assess potential risk, and revise as needed. Help manage communications and negotiations across internal teams and also externally with customers and vendors. Coordinate the contract signature process as needed. Work closely with IT Security and Sales to draft and negotiate contractual documents (including data processing agreements and information security annexes) related to IT security and personal data as part of service contracts Assist in auditing and monitoring GDPR obligations Advise on security and personal data compliance Advise management on: regulatory risks, risks related to the development of new business offerings, risks related to promotional and marketing activities; risks related to information security, cybersecurity and personal data in an international environment Manage the pre-litigation and litigation activity; Draft standard letters and formal notices in liaison with operational staff in the pre-litigation phase Ensure legal monitoring Create and update various tracking tables Support use of AI in legal work, to effectively increase productivity of the department Assist with specific missions (analysis of legal texts, establishing strategy, legal assistance to the various company's business units (marketing, product, IT, sales, etc.) Participate in Legal team meetings and proactively, collaboratively and effectively work with other internal teams Support development, improvement and organization of template contract documents, procedures, trainings and evolving processes REQUIREMENTS Master 2 in corporate law or in digital and new technologies law; Previous 4 to 5 years experience required, of at least 2 years as a lawyer in a legal department (company or law firm) Desired experience in the telecommunications or digital area (governance and data protection, DPMR, cybersecurity) and contract law Autonomous, Organized, proactive and has excellent interpersonal skills with a great capacity to adapt Good interpersonal skills, public speaking and teamwork skills Mastery of office automation tools Our corporate language is English, please submit your application in English.
