Description

The Temporary Legal Counsel will provide practical, business-oriented legal support across a broad range of commercial, corporate, compliance, and operational matters for the Solvias Group of Companies. Please note, this contract is limited to 6 months. This role is designed for an experienced legal professional who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced international organization and provide immediate support to business stakeholders while helping establish foundational legal processes and governance practices. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, Human Resources, procurement, finance, quality, and external legal advisors to manage day-to-day legal matters and reduce business risk.
