ABOUT THE ROLE

This Legal Counsel position will support the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) project, providing specialist advice on intellectual property and commercial contracts. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while helping to drive strategic objectives and safeguard TAFE NSW’s interests. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal documents, advising on privacy and information access matters, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and legislative requirements. This is a dynamic and collaborative role that requires strong stakeholder engagement and a commitment to ethical, customer-focused decision-making.
This is a temporary opportunity until 26th June 2026.
