Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive Junior Legal Counsel who will strengthen the company’s legal foundation and support its international growth. Higher legal education (preferably obtained in the Czech Republic or Slovakia) 0–2 years of experience (graduates welcome; relevant legal experience during studies is an advantage) Experience drafting agreements is highly preferred Fluent Czech or Slovak (C1 preferred) Fluent English (C1 preferred; B2 may be considered) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and learn quickly Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Not afraid to take initiative and ask questions Responsibilities: Provide legal support for software product development and expansion initiatives Draft, review, and amend commercial agreements with clients and third-party service providers Assist in due diligence for payment processing partnerships and other commercial transactions Support trademark protection (searches, filings, monitoring infringements, oppositions, renewals) Review marketing materials and Terms of Service for compliance with advertising laws, consumer protection, and digital regulations across jurisdictions Maintain and track legal documentation, contract statuses, obligations, and deadlines Conduct legal research on emerging topics (e.g., payments, GDPR, IP in digital platforms) Assist in dispute resolution with regulators and prepare responses to regulatory notices Support development and updates of internal legal policies and procedures Monitor regulatory and AML/KYC updates and provide basic legal training to internal teams Collaborate closely with the Team Lead on legal initiatives, policy revisions, regulatory monitoring, and contract handling Full-time employment (40 hours per week), on-site in central Prague 4 weeks of paid vacation + sick days and family days Flexible morning start (7:30–10:00 AM) Fully funded English and Czech language courses Professional development opportunities Personalized business coaching Regular corporate events, trips, and team buildings Free snacks in the office Multisport card access Opportunity to grow within a dynamic international software company
