TMX Transform is growing. We’re looking for a commercially savvy Legal Counsel to join our team and take ownership of all things legal and risk. As our in-house Legal Counsel, you’ll:

• Be the go-to advisor on all legal matters across the business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client and supplier contracts — including MSAs with major corporates.
• Overhaul and streamline TMX’s contracting frameworks to support growth and reduce risk.
• Advise on corporate governance, shareholder matters, M&A, restructures, and compliance.
• Support the People & Culture team on employment law and workplace matters.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions where specialist input is required.
• Build a strong legal risk and compliance framework across privacy, IP, property, construction, and more.
