We are looking for a legal counsel to support our growing UAE operations, based in Dubai. This role will focus on legal matters related to marketing, commerce, compliance, and labor law across the MENA region, with a strong emphasis on the UAE. You will play a key role in navigating legal risk, enabling business growth, and building strong relationships with regulatory authorities.     We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
    We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
    The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.

Responsibilities


    • Advise business teams on legal matters related to marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and consumer protection regulations.

    • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and service agreements aligned with platform operations.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and support the People Team with employment-related legal queries.
    • Monitor advertising, IP, data privacy, and e-commerce regulations to ensure local legal alignment.
    • Provide risk assessments for promotional activities and collaborate closely with marketing and content teams.
    • Liaise with UAE authorities, regulatory bodies, and external counsel on legal inquiries or updates.
    • Support internal compliance initiatives and policy implementation across teams.
    • Partner with Trendyol’s HQ legal and commercial teams to ensure consistent legal frameworks across regions.
