This revolutionary mixture of cloud and semiconductor technology is being used by some of the world’s largest consumer, retail, food and pharmaceutical companies to change the way we make, distribute, sell, use and recycle products. Our investors include Softbank, Amazon, Alibaba, Verizon, NTT DoCoMo, Qualcomm and PepsiCo. We’re looking for an experienced, business-minded In-house Legal Counsel to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing technology company, partnering closely with senior leadership to help drive the company’s continued global expansion. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor across the organization, helping enable commercial success while managing legal risk in a practical, solutions-oriented manner. Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including: Enterprise customer agreements SaaS subscriptions and software licensing agreements Technology partnership and strategic alliance agreements Channel, reseller, OEM, and distribution agreements Procurement and vendor contracts Professional services and consulting agreements Non-disclosure, evaluation, and pilot agreements Partner closely with the Sales organization to support complex enterprise negotiations and help accelerate deal execution. Advise business teams on legal and commercial risks while providing practical, business-oriented solutions. Support Product and Engineering teams on legal issues relating to technology, intellectual property, licensing, AI, and emerging technologies. Assist with privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Support corporate governance, financing activities, strategic transactions, and other corporate legal matters. Provide legal support on employment-related matters in collaboration with HR and external counsel. Manage relationships with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Develop and maintain scalable contract templates, legal playbooks, policies, and internal processes. Deliver legal training and guidance to business stakeholders. Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Wiliot’s global operations. Responsibilities null Requirements LL.B. (or equivalent law degree) and admission to practice law in Israel or another major jurisdiction. 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial commercial contracting experience. Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology company. Demonstrated experience negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements, preferably involving SaaS, enterprise software, IoT, cloud services, or other technology offerings. Strong understanding of technology transactions, intellectual property, and privacy principles. Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives. Outstanding drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to speak, write, and draft complex agreements in both English and Hebrew (mother tongue is preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting international commercial transactions. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks. Experience with AI, IoT, semiconductors, supply chain technologies, or enterprise SaaS businesses.
