We offer you the opportunity to become part of Ramboll’s team of Legal Counsels who support the business with a wide range of ongoing and strategic legal advice and risk assessments. The team currently consists of a Head of Legal, three Legal Counsels, and a trainee. We are now looking for an additional Legal Counsel with a clear focus on commercial contracts with experience of public procurement or corporate law.
As our Legal Counsel, you will be part of our driven and ambitious team of Legal Counsels characterized by an open, informal, fun and cooperative climate. In the role, you will use your knowledge primarily in commercial contracts and public procurement/corporate law to support the business together you’re your colleagues. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have at least 3-4 years of experience as lawyer or inhouse legal counsel from a law firm, court, or have worked in an inhouse position within a larger company.
You are a social and outgoing person who takes independent responsibility for your tasks and understands the importance of delivering high quality with a focus on both the whole and the details. Furthermore, you are a team player who values and contributes to open and clear communication within the team. In the role of Legal Counsel, you will have many internal and external contacts, and we also hope that you want to take an active role in our various training initiatives and workshops. We welcome you to newly renovated premises near Mariatorget with both the subway and commuter train very close by.

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a lawyer or legal counsel from a law firm, court, or an inhouse position within a larger company
• Experience of commercial contract law
• Experience of public procurement or corporate law
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• An outgoing personality who thrives in contexts where you have many contacts
• Other expertise or solid experience in areas such as IP/Tech, insurance law, disputes, property law, or construction law are considered advantageou
