Position Summary Xponential Fitness is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented in-house legal counsel with 2-3 years of experience in commercial transactional law. The ideal candidate will support various departments within the organization, providing legal advice and services across a range of commercial matters. This position is suited for an attorney who is adaptable, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple legal projects effectively. This position will report to the Vice President of Legal Affairs, Commercial Contracts and Intellectual Property. Key Responsibilities: * Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to vendor contracts, licensing agreements, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements. * Provide legal support to business teams in structuring, negotiating, and documenting business transactions. * Conduct legal research and analyze regulations, statutes, and case law related to the company's operations and industry. * Advise internal stakeholders on legal and business risks associated with contractual arrangements and proposed business initiatives. * Collaborate with outside counsel as necessary to address complex legal matters and support specialized projects. * Assist in maintaining corporate records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. * Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and processes to improve legal efficiency and minimize risk. * Aid in the implementation of systems and processes for contracts lifecycle management.
