Job Description We're looking for an experienced lawyer to join our team and take ownership of a broad range of intellectual property and commercial legal matters in a fast-paced B2B gaming environment. What You'll Do: Managing the full trademark lifecycle, including clearance, filings, renewals, and portfolio strategy. Conducting game title and brand clearance assessments. Advising on IP ownership, licensing, infringement, and enforcement matters. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including distribution, sublicensing, platform integration, supplier agreements, and NDAs. Supporting stakeholders across product, commercial, technology, and finance with practical legal advice. Monitoring regulatory developments and managing relationships with external counsel. Qualifications Who You Are: Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' post-qualification experince. Strong intellectual property experience, particularly trademarks and IP transactions. Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Background in technology, gaming, media, or entertainment (iGaming experience is a plus). Working knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection law. Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
