JOB SUMMARY:

The position is responsible in preparation/consolidation of legal documents pertaining acquisition of properties. These include but not limited to:

  • Attending to the clients’ (sellers, brokers & agents) concerns
  • Receiving & filing documents needed in the purchase of lots
  • Encoding and monitoring necessary data
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents like Deed of Absolute Sale, Secretary’s Certificate, Special Power of Attorney etc. necessary for payment of lots
  • Ensuring completeness of signatures in all of the documents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Legal Management, Political Science or other relevant business courses
  • Relevant working experience in dealing personally with customers is required
  • Basic knowledge about real estate documents (land titles, etc.) is a huge advantage
  • Keen to details, analytical and with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to converse confidently with sellers, brokers and agents
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
