Day to day, you'll be: Managing the end-to-end ORA settlement process for incoming and outgoing residents Preparing, reviewing, and managing settlement documentation including settlement statements Liaising with residents, their families, and their lawyers throughout the settlement journey Coordinating with sales managers, village managers, finance, and operations teams across different communities Contributing to process improvement initiatives and technology solutions within the settlements function You'll be part of a small, tight-knit legal team and will have the support of experienced colleagues — but you'll also need to be comfortable managing your own workload independently and adapting quickly to different village environments. Qualifications To tatou kaitono pai | What you bring You are a delivery-focused legal executive with a high level of integrity, energy and drive.
