Legal Executive
JDK Legal Services is seeking to employ a Personal Injuries Legal Executive with a minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role.

Kate Dempster is the sole director and heads up the Personal Injury Department. Kate and her team have many years of experience working with people who have suffered personal injuries. The type of work you will be employed to do includes:

• applications to WorkCover or at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to a resolve disputes arising between injured workers and insurers;
• advice and representation for injured workers with an entitlement to commence a negligence claim in the District Court;
• advice and representation for persons injured in motor vehicle accidents; and
• negotiation of settlement and dispute resolution for personal injury, workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident claims.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable person to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills as the role includes significant contact with clients, insurance companies and lawyers. We are looking for someone with a passion for personal injuries law. The role will best suit someone interested in a practical approach to help individuals obtain positive outcomes from a complex and intimidating system and who is prepared for a hands on experience in a busy law firm.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification recognised for admission in Australia is essential.
Salary in the range of $77,000.00 to $96,400.00.
